Good Evening OSF!!
As promised here is your September Week 2 One Step Forward Board!! You all are killing it and I know just like me, this weather changing is sooo awesome! Running in the Fall is my fav!! I am having a few IT issues and a lot of my miles have a lot of run/walking or walking but it's all about keeping moving. And I refuse to sit still! So my advice from the doctor... STRETCH AND ROLL :) Yeah I am sure you are saying "Yeah yeah I know" lol I say that all the time but it is hurting my long running miles and sleeping. Soooo Here is to more stretching and more miles :)
