Hope this email finds you well!! I know it has been hot here in the Hampton Roads area... and I pray where you are it has been a little cooler!! Hydration is a must!! I am doing some research on some of the best ways to stay hydrated during the hot days and for those of you trying to make it through the long runs on these hot summer days!! I heard a great message today about running your own race and really made me think of us!! I wanted to remind you all that comparisons don't make any of us better!! The best thing about running, is it is your own race not anyone else! So keep pushing.. Keep doing whats good for you... Keep it up!! Even during the hard days and season... You can always come back!
