It did get me behind on this but what an amazing experience.. So thank you for your patience and here you are!! You guys have killed the miles in May! Even with the heat you guys did amazing!! For June our group goal will be 70 miles... but remember even if you are not where you can run that many miles.. it is okay!! Have a goal! That is what matters!! I will ask for week 1 of June miles on Jun 9th. A couple of announcements: 1. Don't forget to get signed up for Wednesday's Global Running Day...https://globalrunningday.org/zfv71xh this should take you directly to our team page to make your pledge! If you can meet us at 6 pm on Wednesday @ Suffolk Sea Coast Trail to do those miles lets do it!! 2. Another shot out for your Race on June 29th, at 0800. We have 50 slots and 6 people signed up so far. We also have 20 slots available for kids!! They get a medal and t shirt as well!! So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified." 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Our Mission: ***Take One Step Forward Each Day Your Future Self Will Thank You!!***
