Good Evening Running OSF!!
Hope your Monday was amazing!! Here you are, Your December Week 3 One Step Forward Board. You guys are doing awesome!! Keep up the great work and as we come to the end of the year, I would like you all to reflect on what do you want out of 2020? As usually we we will go back to 45 miles for the goal for January.
I want to thank you all for taking the time to do the survey. I have read them all and have taken on all suggestions for sure. Two things I want to ensure I address, is one I have before but please always remember this is about you and what you can do to take yourself One Step Forward Each Day! The group is to motivate you to take that step, not to compare. We are all at different levels, I suggest you to have a goal. A goal that will help you to achieve something more each month. Second thing I would like to talk about are meet ups. We are not all in the same area and I would love to have meet ups with you all wherever you are. I could totally let you know if you have other OSF members where you are, if you are out of the Hampton Roads Area and would like to have meet ups. I would love to have more meet ups in the Hampton Roads area, I just haven't found the good location for everyone to meet. We are all over the 7 cities and the turn out has not been large no matter where we were having them. I will continue to have them once we spring forward and try again to have them in different cities around the Hampton Roads area. I do have plans to try to get us together more this year in different ways, it takes us all in unity to make it happen which in turn expands us to others. Again thank you all so much!! I hope I have help to address some things and I promise I will do my best for you all each and every day!
