Good Evening Family, 

I pray your Monday has started off great!! Here you are... your Week 3 One Step Forward Board!!  You guys are killing the miles!! April is going great! Keep up the awesome work... 

In the event you missed my video today.. We will now have a scheduled meet up every Friday, at 7 pm at the Suffolk Seacoast Trail.  So if you are in the Hampton Roads area and want to come out for a fun in the sun meet up come on out! We will have it every Friday from now on unless I announce it is cancelled.  

Also.. Don't forget to get signed up for our Dog Days of Summer 5K and Kids One Mile....Click on the Event tab and find all your options.
