We were founded November 1, 2014 by myself and a small group of people that just wanted to get healthy through moving forward, be it running or walking or a little of both. We wanted to have a safe place where we could encourage each other while we set and meet goals! Since then we have grown and look to grow more each and every year!

Everyone is encourage to post their workouts/runs/races on our page and watch the encouragement fly!
As an added benefit each month we set a goal for the group to achieve a set of miles to run. This goal is there for those that need a goal set for them each month. The most important part this is we encourage everyone to have a goal. If the goal for the group that month is too much for where you are in your journey, set your own goal. If it is too little than set your own goal. The bottom line is we all need a goal. Short term goals lead to long term success!! This is to help promote healthy living and motivate one another. It is a motivation zone! We believe in goal setting! Goals will get you better than you were the day/month before and we encourage one another in our goals!
Another part of the group is a mileage board every week. On Sunday we will send out an email asking for how many miles you completed that week. This is not a requirement to be part of the mileage board, but it is fun for those that like to have some friendly competition, but also another way to help you with accountability. We will post the board every Monday!
